Our playground is wide open: Heavy Metal, Doom, Stoner, Sludge, Death Metal, Black Metal, Goth, Punk, Hard Rock, along with film and game scores, Dark Synth, and every other universe where passion matters more than trends.

Whether a band comes from Quebec, Norway, Japan, or somewhere off the map entirely, it doesn’t matter. What matters is introducing you to artists worth discovering, regardless of where they’re from or how many people already know their name.

Discovery Over Headlines

We’d rather chase discoveries than chase headlines. The big bands already get plenty of coverage, and sometimes for reasons that have nothing to do with the music itself. Other outlets do that job well, and if that’s what you’re after, we genuinely encourage you to follow them.
